Trump Criticizes ABC Reporter Over Epstein Inquiry

Former President Donald Trump expressed strong disapproval of an ABC News reporter during a recent press interaction, following a question regarding the release of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. The reporter questioned why Trump was waiting for Congress to release the Epstein files instead of making them available immediately.

In response, Trump remarked, "You know - it's not the question I mind, it's the attitude. I think you are a TERRIBLE reporter. It's the way you ask these questions...you're a TERRIBLE PERSON and a TERRIBLE REPORTER!" He further accused the reporter of being overly enthusiastic or "PSYCHED up" about the inquiry.

Trump took the opportunity to distance himself from Epstein, stating, "I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. I threw him out of my club many years ago because I thought he was a sick pervert — I guess I turned out to be right." This statement aligns with Trump's previous assertions regarding his limited association with Epstein, who was a convicted sex offender and financier.

The exchange highlights the ongoing scrutiny surrounding Epstein's connections to various high-profile individuals, including Trump. Epstein's controversial history and the implications of his relationships have continued to be a topic of public interest and media coverage.

As investigations into Epstein's activities and associates continue, the former president's remarks underscore the complex dynamics of public perception and media inquiry in the context of high-profile legal matters.
